"I had the blues, but I shook them loose..."

So this is what's on my mind tonight:

Man, my sleeping pattern is way off. It's like, even if I lived in Vegas I'd still be sleeping too late and they're three hours behind haha. I made it a point to go to sleep pretty early today because I'm chillin with some friends from high school early tomorrow (noon, actually...but that's early for me) and have a doctor's appointment right after. But I just lose track of time...doing nothing basically. Going to sleep at 3, 4, even 5 in the morning. It's baaaaad. And not the good kind of bad....you know...the way Will Smith uses it in the fresh prince...not that kind of bad. Haha.

The Rockets lost. And I was pulling for you too, Houston! Never liked you guys really, especially you Tracy McGrady. But you had my support tonight to make it 23-0 and you lost. Tsk tsk. I was looking for a good basketball game to inspire me to play well tomorrow but you failed me. I hate the Celtics too...so I'm taking back my brownie points. My only shining light on your team is Dikembe Mutumbo. Just because he's Dikembe Mutumbo. Oh well...go Bulls.

I'm stressing about school again. Mad stuff to do this week and I haven't exactly been....doing it. I have so many exams coming up, I should be studying. But all I've been doing is kickin it with friends and playing Super Smash Bros. hahaha. I gotta step it up in a lot of aspects of my life. Been kinda falling off with school, service, and keeping in touch with people. So my bad, everyone I know. I know that's not good enough but I guess it's all I have for now.

Alright so a couple years ago, I was in SoHo with some friends when we came across this artist. There are a lot of artists in SoHo trying to sell their stuff but this guy's work was very different. Me and Kuya asked how much his Jay-Z piece was and he said 300. After hearing that, he lost my attention. But I got his card for kicks...a souvenir I guess. Flash forward two years, and I'm reading from http://connected-magazine.com. This guy is featured in one of the pages. I check out his website and I must admit...his art is dooooope. Not about to drop $700 on a painting but you can appreciate, right? His name's Andrew Cotton and his website is http://www.thecottoncollection.net...and that is an official advertisement.

Exactly a year ago, I went to Spain. Ok not exactly a year ago but last Spring Break. Before that trip, I didn't know any of the people I was going with except three or four people. But I got pretty close to everyone on the trip, even the people from Seattle and Canada. But it sucks I don't talk to any of them anymore. Haha sorry that's like a common theme in my xanga entries huh? Losing touch with friends hahaha kind of depressing. But it was a great trip nonetheless. The only supervisor was the most laid back dude you'll ever meet. We chilled in Barca, Madrid, Sevilla, anywhere you can think of we were probably there. And we did our own thing...sure we stuck out the tours but after we were just a loud group that must have spent hundreds of dollars on food, transportation, and soccer games. Haha we even got to play street soccer with locals. Good times. Great Spring Break.

My friend Jed has an uncle whose clothing store/clothing line is getting pretty popular worldwide. There are a couple stores located in the downtown San Diego and Pacific Beach area. If you're around there, be sure to drop by.
